Our appointment was at 3:30pm, I received a phone call at 3:32pm asking how long it would be taking us to get there, her tone was not friendly. At that very same time, my husband was walking in with my daughter for the appointment and the front desk person said, “oh you know what I think they just walked in”. I admit we were 2 min late, most places have a 5-15 min grace period. This is the reason I don’t give 5 stars. This has never happened before, perhaps, it was a new staff member. Other than an impatient receptionist, all the dental hygienists and dentists have always been outstanding! Our daughter has been seeing Dr. Torres since her very 1st dental check up at 6 months old. The rest of our family (all adults) see Dr Torres’ brother right next door. Dr Torres and Dr Estrella are without a doubt, the best dentists in Stone Oak.

We love this place. Always patient, always kind and always willing to listen. My son is non verbal and on the autism spectrum, they are so sweet and make sure to make sure they make him comfortable and explain everything to him. We are thankful for such a great practice and would highly recommend.
